Best time to ski in Le Grand-Bornand
With altitudes of over 2000 metres, and a sizable band of snow cannons covering the main runs, Le Grand-Bornand is pretty reliable for snow. That said, the best dumps usually fall in February and March.
Short of time? With quick and easy access from Geneva airport, Le Grand-Bornand is spot on for a long weekend break. And look out for dates of the French Biathlon World Cup in December.
Top tip - make the most of longer days with sunset ski sessions during February and March - there’s nothing quite like cruising down the mountain under an Insta-worthy pink sky.
